Shakhahaari Brief Storyline & Movie Review
The movie basically moves around a Hotlier Subbanna Bhat (Rangayana Raghu) – a simple man living a simple life who has everything fixed in his daily routine including running his small bussiness, interacting with his regular customers and even the so called his “me” time!
But the twist comes when the he gives shelter to a fugitive. This incident leads to Inspector Mallikarjun (Gopal Deshpande) cross paths with Subbanna. What happens when paths of these two main characters inter-twin? What secrets do Subbanna holding behind? And would he be able succesful in helping new member of his life?
In an promotional interview, the leading man Rangayana Raghu admitted how hard it was to play the role of Subbanna as it was really important to show all the sides and emotions artistically.
Many platforms including The Hindu, IMDb, Time of India has appreciated the movie saying it is must watch thriller-drama built of cleverly written dialogue, thought provoking cinema accentuated by some superb technical work. The movie has recieved a rating of 7.9 on IMDb!
